Career Opportunities: Junior Account Manager
We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to join our Gambling division based in Malta. Responsible for building and developing relationships with existing merchants by supporting and offering additional solutions and ultimately growing our customer base and maximising revenue.

Responsibilities:
•Junior Account manager for the Gambling Industries
•Create and drive new business through sales pitches, presentations and sales propositions by up selling new solutions to existing customers
•Grow turnover and increase the size of the customer base by acquiring a larger portion of their business
•Liaise with marketing and product teams to ensure constant benchmarking and price comparisons
•Organise, attend and represent MistralPay at events and exhibitions tailored to Gambling Industries
•Support the team by participating in multiple development projects to increase and strengthen the effectiveness of the account managers
Person Specification:
•Experience in building and developing relationships with existing customers
•Previous experience in building new business is an asset
•Knowledge of online payment industries
•Understanding of website design and basic HTML coding would be a plus
•A disciplined self-starter, results driven and committed to achieving career recognition and financial reward
•Ability to lead by example and present a professional image
•Outstanding interpersonal communication and analytical skills
•High Internet affinity along with proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
•Degree in a business or related field
•Fluent in English and another European language is a bonus
